The fixes we implemented have resolved the server issues. All pages and services are functioning normally again. We will continue to monitor everything very closely. The total time of degraded service was approximately 2 hours and 25 minutes.
Once again, we are profoundly sorry about the impact and timing of these issues. As soon as we have a full diagnosis, we will share it with you, along with a review of how we will ensure this never happens again. For now, we can reassure you that there was no loss or theft of any data.
