Twilio has confirmed that the issue TMobile users were experience with the short code, 44-321, has been resolved. Issues with Verizon remain, but should be resolved shortly.

Update

As a part of our restoration of service, we are working with our text code partner, Twilio, to get our short code back up and running for Verizon users. However, we are now hearing reports from T-Mobile users that they are experiencing a similar service issue. We are rapidly investigating to discover if this is more widespread across carriers. Our long code, 917-999-0700, still remains in service. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience.

While we work to resolve the issue Verizon users are having with our short code, our members can offer the use of the long code phone number that should work for all carriers, including Verizon: (917) 999-0700.

Identified

The platform we use to support our Text Code feature, Twilio, is currently experiencing issues with the Verizon platform when trying to send responses to our SMS Short Code. Users might see that Verizon customers are not able to receive responses from Give Lively's 44-321 Short Code during this time. Twilio's status and work on the issue can be monitored at their status page: https://status.twilio.com/
